For over five years I supported and coordinated enterprise IT across multiple campuses — resolution ticketing for 500+ users, access-control (Verkada) and surveillance installations (Lorex), WAPs, server (Ubiquiti/Dell) and phone-system configuration (Shoretel, Spectrum), and physical/digital infrastructure projects. Systems thinking, hands on the hardware.
Then, as Inside Sales Coordinator at Integrated Power Services, I supported operations within the full revenue lifecycle — marketing to logistics — overseeing roughly $300K in monthly sales on Dynamics 365 and Prophet 21. That meant full-scale submittal packages for key industrial accounts like the Toyota NC Megasite, outreach and reactivation of dormant accounts, procurement and inventory management through dedicated supplier channels and vendor relationships, and shipping across RUSH couriers and motor freight.
